Common concerns during adolescence include difficulties at school, challenges in peer relationships, family dynamics, self-image, and behavioural issues.<\/p>\n<p>My therapeutic approach is based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), which focuses on identifying and modifying patterns of thinking and behaviour that may contribute to emotional distress.
